About Our Home
Magnolia | Palms is committed to providing excellent senior care in a compassionate, dignified and beautiful environment. We built this community with the goal of creating a place our own loved ones would want to spend their golden years. Because our community only accommodates up to 6 individuals, and we know how important the tone of our community needs to be, we pride ourselves on a selective admission's process, only choosing individuals who will complement our mission.

We are a beautiful residential community located in Fountain Valley. Centrally located in Southern California, we are less than 5 miles from the ocean. We are accessible to South Orange County, Los Angeles County and San Diego County. Our home accommodates up to six people and we have a ratio of three (3) residents per one (1) quality staff member. At Magnolia | Palms, we are more than just a residence; we strive to be a place your family calls home.

Services
We know how stressful this transition must be for families. To help ease the worry, we offer a variety of services to ensure safe and comfortable accommodations. Through all the services we provide, we ensure our residents have access to the care and attention they need and deserve.
Assisted Living
Many of our residents at Magnolia | Palms require some degree of health and well-being monitoring. Our home provides customizable services. By catering to the personal needs of each resident, we go just one step further to make everyone feel like they are truly at home.
Medication Monitoring
We provide our residents with medication management and administration, to include coordinating with their health care practitioners.
Nutritious and Delicious
At Magnolia | Palms, we provide proper nutrition, with an emphasis on delicious meals.
